Motor/Health Insurance Relationship Manager
Role Description :
- To achieve the business objectives and targets for the assigned partners/locations through proactive relationship & sales management.
- To ensure that Motor/Health Insurance becomes a primary contributor to the partner portfolio while achieving the assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for achieving Motor/Health insurance sales targets through the assigned location.
- Building partner channel through daily meeting and different engagement for portfolio growth
- Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets
- Train & motivate the partners- employees on a timely basis on product and new developments.
- Login and Conversion of Motor/Health Insurance.
- Responsible for business tracking, analyzing and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority
- To enable partner sales staff to promote and secure sales of Motor/Health insurance products to their customers by providing real-time product, marketing, and technical support before, after or during the sales through the central support center
- Create the excitement for Motor/Health Insurance within the partner organization through various engagement and R&R initiatives
- Drive group deals in the designated region for driving portfolio growth
- To identify the execution gaps in selling Motor/Health Insurance through the partner teams and work with the sales hierarchy to ensure filling of the gaps for a more efficient & effective sales execution.
Requirement :
- 3-4 years- experience in Motor/Health insurance channel sales
- Minimum 2 years- experience as RM
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Should have minimum 5-10 Active Agents
- Salary up to 5 Lacs
