Relationship Manager - Mortgage
- Managing end-to-end sales lifecycle - tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering advice, negotiating commercially and ensuring timely disbursement of loan documents to the customer
- Sourcing LAP products and implementing strategies to enhance market penetration and business volumes through bank branches and DSA- s
- Recruiting DSAs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.
- Cross-sell LAP to existing customers by way of renewal and fresh acquisition
- Managing internal and external customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction
