Description :

We are seeking a motivated Relationship Manager to join our Mortgage Sales team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for mapping lanes/geographies, managing relationships with sources, maintaining sales reports, and enhancing customer relationships in the mortgage segment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Area/Lane/Geography Mapping :

- Responsible for regular mapping of assigned area/geography.

- Identify new sources and report progress to the reporting manager during team huddles.

Source Relationship Management :

- Manage relationships with assigned sources in the allocated area/geography.

Maintain Reports :

- Keep sales and activity reports in prescribed formats.

- Maintain a daily diary of activities.

Channel Partner Recruitment :

- Identify the need for appointment of channel partners as required.

Team Huddle :

- Attend daily team huddles as per the set process.

- Customer Relationship Management :

- Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance customer experience.

Completion of File :

- Ensure submission of complete application forms, documentations, and information.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Must be a graduate from any stream. BFSI experience will be given preference.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in BFSI or NBFC sales.

- Open to travel. Must have a Two Wheeler for local travel.

- Excellent communication skills.
