Relationship Manager/Sales Manager - Liability - Banking Sector (4-14 yrs)
- Acquire, build and manage portfolio of SME Clients, for high value liability relationships and Cash backed Asset relationships
- Deliver month on month targets on Acquiring New to Bank Clients, CA BALANCE BUILD Up, Generate CMS, Trade and Forex Fees and cross sell general insurance (business), private banking products
- Manage end to end client engagements in acquiring, on-boarding, documentation closure and transactional relationship support to the client along with cross selling
- Work closely with the SME Regional Head and Transaction Banking Team to develop sales strategy for SME Liability clients & Cash backed Clients
- Identify industry segments, associations, trade bodies, influencers, market trend and target customers- needs in order to review and recommend product / services offerings for high value SME clients
- Drive product & marketing initiatives launched by central product team
- Undertake training of sales, acquisition & relationship management as subject matter expert
- Knowledge in domain is mandatory (KYC, On-boarding, RBI guidelines, FEMA & non FEMA guidelines, AML/TBML, understanding of risk framework), understanding of CMS products
