Role:-Relationship Manager will be responsible for the growth of the company by acquiring, managing and expanding the GroMo Partner base and helping them sell loans and thereafter improving relationships between the GroMo Partners and the company.
Selection Criteria:-
1) Minimum 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance mandatory
2) Excellent communication and coordination / Negotiation skills.
3) Ability to develop an extensive internal network so as to provide products and services.
4) Candidates who have sales
5) Correspondence in Graduation can be considered only if a candidate loan selling experience is highly preferred is exceptionally good in terms of skills & experience
6) Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
7) Good Hindi skills - Ability to Speak & Read
8) Must have Salary Slip, Joining and Relieving Letters
Job Description
- Working on acquiring new GroMo partners each day, every day.
- Serving as an intermediary between the GroMo Partners and the company.
- Managing a portfolio of GroMo Partners and ensure assigned revenue targets from them by helping them sell loans
- Providing advice and constant support on various loan product related queries and doubts of GroMo Partners.
- Taking complete ownership and responsibility of the performance of GroMo Partners by helping them sell loans
- Improving the performance of a GroMo partner constantly by helping them sell loans
