Relationship Manager - Sales - Loan Process (1-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for empanelment of channel and acquiring the customers for Home Loan MSME Loans/Business Loans/Secured Business loans and Loan Against Property from open market and developer relationships and from DSA's.
2.Responsible for ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per the guidelines by the company
3. Responsible for achieving the cross-sell targets from the Home Loan customers like insurance or any other appropriate product which may come up from time to time.
4. Responsible for ensuring the proper completion of the files within timeline as per the company checklist.

Desired Candidate Profile :
1. Minimum Graduate in any field (12 + 3 Years of Graduation Must)
2. Experience in Mortgage Sales/ Business Loans/ Loan Against Property
- Location: Karjat, PEN, Mahad
- Minimum 1 year to 6 years Experience in Banking Sales ( Mortgage HL, LAP, BL sales experience preferred)
Industry Specific : Banking, NBFC, BFSI, Broking
