Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in the housing finance sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong home loan/LAP/Mortgage loan sales skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their HL/LAP needs.

- Promote and sell HL/LAP products to potential customers.

- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and assess competitor offerings.

- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the loan application process.

- Prepare and present proposals to clients and follow up to ensure successful closures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan processing and approval procedures.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in housing finance sales.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Must possess a valid 2-wheeler and a driver's license.
