Position- Relationship Manager

Location- Mysore

Primary Skill: Home Loans/LAP, Communication skills, Good Excel knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to meet their home loan and LAP needs.

- Sales & Cross-Selling: Actively promote and sell home loan and LAP products to clients, ensuring they meet the eligibility criteria.

- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice to customers regarding home loans and LAP, helping them understand product features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

- Data Management & Reporting: Utilize Excel to maintain customer data, track sales, and create reports to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for growth.

- Documentation & Processing: Ensure that all loan documentation is collected and processed accurately and efficiently to facilitate smooth loan disbursements.

- Follow-up & After-Sales Support: Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve any concerns, and ensure continued business.

- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends in the home loan and LAP markets, and use this knowledge to offer innovative solutions to clients.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduation in any discipline.

- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales, particularly in home loans or LAP.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for data management and reporting.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

- Customer Focused: Ability to understand and meet customer needs, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle complex client issues and provide solutions in a timely and - professional manner.
