Relationship Manager
Relationship Manager's are involved in end to end loan process.
- This includes the acquisition of clients, coordinating with various debt (credit and ops), post-sales services, and much more.
- The customers are Business Owners.
- Its 80% sales + 20% Ops.
- The product is - SME Loans (also called as Business Loans / Working Capital Loan / Term Loan, etc)
- RM's to contact the customers (B2B sales) via telephone / Whats-app / Chat.
- This doesn't involve field sales or rotational shift.
Additional Information :
1st and 2nd Saturday off, remaining Saturdays will be working - Saturday timings: 10 am to 1 pm.
