Role Overview :
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to work from our office, driving sales and managing client relationships.
Requirements :
- Have prior experience in selling small-ticket loans in sectors like EdTech or Consumer Durables.
- Exhibit excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Be fluent in Hindi and English.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
- Achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Handle collection cases with professionalism and efficiency.
- Be skilled in multitasking and prompt in client interactions.
Essential Skills :
Candidates should be from a Bank or NBFC.
Should have experience of Loan file logins till disbursement and knowledge of Banking and loans terms such as KYC, Nach, Cibil score, NBFC etc.
