Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager, you play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing strong client relationships through digital and remote banking channels.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Building a strong relationship with the sales team of the channel partners (Bank/NBFC/ MFI/Broker)
- Achieving your sales targets as per channel strategy
- Meeting prospective customers with channel sales team to sell insurance solutions
- Providing pre and post-sales support (e.g. claim settlement)
- Ensuring quality of business and persistency (renewals of premium Enabling channel sales team to use latest digital platforms
Desired Candidates Profile :
- Qualification : Any Graduation/Post Graduation
- Experience : Minimum 2 to 5 Years in Sales and Marketing in the Banking, Life Insurance or Investment Domain
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Excellent Knowledge and expertise of selling Investment and LI Products
- Good Negotiation Skills
