Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (2-10 yrs)
Looking Relationship Manager for Nadiad and Anand Location.
Responsibility :
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting new services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Engage with existing customers and ensure their retention Identify new markets,
channels and customers for the brand.
Qualification & Skills:
Graduation is required.
Age Limit : 24 to 38 years
- Proven track record in customer service, relationship management, or equivalent positions.
- The ability to establish and keep strong client and company connections.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Customer-oriented.
