Relationship Manager - Sales - Life Insurance (1-8 yrs)
Job Description:
you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-net-worth clients. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and identifying their insurance needs.
- Developing a strong understanding of the company's products and services to provide effective solutions to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Providing excellent customer service and support to clients at all times.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in life insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
