Requirement : 5 per location .
Experience : 1 to 5 years.
Qualification : Graduate .
CTC : Maximum Rs.4 lacs/Year depending on current
Job Description :
- Responsible to source MSE LAP business from direct sourcing & connector channel
- Responsible for empaneling connectors and engaging with them regularly for business.
- Responsible for BTL activities to generate leads.
- Lead follow-up for conversion.
- Coordination with credit team/ customers to achieve business targets.
- Responsible for full-filling the MSE LAP files right from sourcing till disbursements and also PDD collection
- Responsible for delinquency management
- Process compliance
- Cross selling third party products
- Only candidates with relevant LAP experience from Banks or NBFC will be considered
