Relationship Manager - Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
Job Brief :
We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers. The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. The Account Manager will be required to liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience.
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Focus on Revenue Per Customer
- Practice Account Based Marketing - ensuring account sustenance and mining
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
- Focus on Value Based Selling and generate opportunities for upsell/cross sell
- Develop trusted adviser relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Pivotal in establishing and maintaining seamless communication/coordination with engineering teams and customer
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Upward communication; clear communication on project progress on monthly/quarterly basis with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare reports on account status
- Organise customer visits to PSI & regular governance calls
- Need based overseas travel
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Account mining
Requirements :
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Degree in Business Administration/Sales/Computer Science or relevant field
- Understanding of software business Mindset
- Should have a focus on customer satisfaction, work quality and sales mindset
