Relationship Manager - Sales - IT (0-5 yrs)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying the prospects, researching and analyzing sales options within in the assigned territory.
- Sells products Universal POS
- Maintains relationships by providing adequate support, information, recommending new opportunities; recommending profits and service improvements.
- Regular follow ups to convert the potential leads.
- Communicate with customers to inform about new product, special promotions if any.
- Meeting the sales targets as per identified performance indicators.
- Proper documentation, prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
