Relationship Manager - Sales - Investment/Trading Product (1-5 yrs)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and enhance engagement with existing ones by providing comprehensive financial planning solutions.
- Conduct daily sales calls to identify and address client needs, offering tailored solutions and schemes.
- Follow up regularly with leads, sharing broadcasts and new articles.
- Expand the client database through new client meetings and referrals, building AUM and AUA for the branch.
- Review and diversify client portfolios regularly, offering guidance to achieve financial goals across various product lines.
- Cross-sell products to existing clients, keeping them informed about market trends.
- Stay updated on all schemes, products, and solutions through regular training.
- Communicate regularly with clients, sharing information, research, and materials.
- Collaborate with regional marketing and product teams to showcase products and generate leads through marketing activities.
Knowledge :
Product Knowledge : In-depth understanding of Life Insurance, general insurance, fixed income, and mutual funds.
Wealth/Portfolio Management : Assess client portfolios based on risk and reward preferences to help achieve financial goals.
Financial Planning/Investment Advisory : Comprehensive knowledge of finance, sectors, and competitors to provide reliable client advice.
