Relationship Manager - Sales - Investment Product (1-5 yrs)
Purpose of Role
Responsible for managing assigned no. of bank branch/POS and drive targets for broking accounts and revenue with the help of channel partner
Key Activities :
Critical Routine :
- To Achieve pre budgeted monthly Sales of Minimum,75 Demat A/C
- 25 Margin account of 25k,
- 2px of upfront revenue for the first year& 3x for subsequent year
- To have minimum daily 3 client meetings 1 branch visit and assigned branches
- To ensure Minimum 12 first Trade for the month.
- To reach out total alotted branches/POS as per the routine plan
- To ensure roll out of all the promotional and contest programs effectively
- Responsible for Activating and up scaling the POS/Br.
- Co-ordinate and conduct the monthly 4 training of Partners/ bank employees
- Follow and submit the daily weekly and monthly MIS
- Supporting the channel partner on joint calls as per requirement
- To have absolute product and sales process knowledge proficiency
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :
Educational Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA(Preferred)
Additional Certifications/Trainings
(desirable) : NISM 5 7 8
Prior Experience :
Last 3 yrs from same location
- 2Yrs.Experience in Sales, channel , for BFSI Products/services -Preferred broking
Domain Knowledge :
- Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking
- IT Skills Knowledge of MSOffice, Internet etc.
- Additional requirement Should own a vehicle (2wheeler/4 wheeler)\
