Job Profile -

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision-making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Products: Secondary Bonds / Fixed Deposit / Mutual funds / Capital Gain Bonds / RBI Bonds / Debt Primary Issues

Job Responsibilities:

- Relationship Manager should have a good demographic understanding of IFA's/HNI/UHNI families across the state and cities.

- A good working relationship with IFA's is extremely important.

- Business Development - New Partner Acquisition

- Conduct training & Create awareness among partners & Clients for above mentioned financial products.

- Responsible for product targets & revenue

- Self- motivated, responsible with convincing power.

- Good communication skills.

- Desired Experience: MBA / PGDBM / Graduate candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience

Key Skills :

- Prior Experience of handling B2B Channel

- Excellent Communication

- Market & Product Knowledge

- Manage IFAs
