Relationship Manager - Sales - Interior Design/Hospitality/Event Management (2-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Consultant/Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the architecture, interior design, hospitality, or event industries with a focus on B2C sales. As a Sales Consultant/Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Identify and prospect potential clients in the architecture, interior design, hospitality, and event industries.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services, highlighting their value and benefits.
5. Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions, tailored to their requirements.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
8. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management.
9. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand the network and generate leads.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, preferably in B2C industries.
3. Background in architecture, interior design, hospitality, or events is highly desirable.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
