We're searching for a dedicated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to work with our financial partners and increase insurance sales.'
Principal Duties:
- Establish trusting bonds with bank employees to market insurance goods.
- Hold meetings and training sessions to educate banking teams.
- Help bank customers find and close sales opportunities.
- Reach sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Respond to inquiries and offer outstanding customer service.
- Create bank leads and assist with cross-selling.
- Monitor sales and contacts with customers.
Required Performers:
Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience selling insurance for two to three years (bancassurance preferable).
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- goal-oriented and has a track record of success in sales.
