Position: Branch Relationship Manager
CTC: 4 LPA+ Incentives+ Performance Bonus
Location: Indore, Bhopal, Ujjain, Gwalior, Jabalpur
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Improvement of agent prospecting practices, calling habits, and work rules.
- Work with the agent on planning and evaluating activities and goals.
- Identify the training needs of the agency and work with Trainers to improve the same.
- Maintain Daily Reports.
- To find new leads.
- Research and identify new business opportunities.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Min. 3+ Years in Field Sales/Marketing
- Job Type: Full Time-On Roll
- Age: 23to 40 years
- Education: Any Graduation
