Job details : As a Sales Manager, your role will be to ensure a smooth sales process and maximize the business of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Team of agency partner is responsible for Recruitment of Team from own social and professional network.
- Training the team on Industry standards with the support of training department of Health / General Insurance Companies to make sure the team is fully equipped to sell Insurance products in the market.
- Monitor the day to day activity, planning & execution of Agency team
- Agency is responsible for handling an off roll team of n number of agency partner in Agency Channel.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduation in any Field
- 3+years in sales or marketing or in insurance
- Local network and relation building
- Team handling skill
