Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-8 yrs)
One of your main responsibilities as a relationship manager at a life insurance firm is to forge and uphold lasting bonds with clients while offering them complete insurance solutions. With your knowledge of their insurance requirements and your ability to recommend the right products and services, you will serve as a crucial point of contact for clients. Sales, customer service, and relationship-building activities will all be part of your job description.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand their financial goals, insurance needs, and risk profiles to provide suitable insurance solutions.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Proactively approach potential clients, conduct needs analysis, and present customized insurance solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their queries, concerns, and policy-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for any policy-related updates or changes.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
- Analyse their evolving needs and recommend suitable products to enhance their insurance coverage.
- Collaborate with other team members, such as underwriters, claims handlers, and support staff, to ensure smooth operations and efficient customer service delivery.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, sales activities, and policy-related information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in field
- Min. 2 Years Exp. In BFSI Sales industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Sound knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry practices
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
