Broad role : Managing Channel Partner / Driving business through partners and their agents
- Excellent Communication and relationship building Skills required
- Knowledge of mutual funds is an added advantage
- Compensation Range -upto4.5 Lacs - can consider more if the profile is good
- Years of Experience - 2 - 6 years
RelationshipManagement :
Build strong relationship with the Partner ( EBL Personal Wealth Advisory ) leaders and teams below ( ZHs / RHs / BMs ) . Ensure smooth relationship with the EBL Insurance SPOCs .Generate sub-broker meetings from them.
Train the partners and their sub-brokers regularly on various new products and initiatives
BusinessDevelopment :
- Drive sales of insurance products through the sub-brokers of Edelweiss Broking by explaining them on the various benefits for them and their clients.
- Organize catch-up meetings with partners and their clients to introduce Edelweiss Tokio life products in their portfolios.
- Activate maximum number of RMs and their sub-brokers for insurance sales on a monthly basis
- Achieve annual business targets
Service Management - Provide excellent service to the sub-brokers and EBL teams on their cases to increase their wallet share of our products.
Login the cases on time by completing all documentation
Channel Management :
- Ensure smooth issuance of all cases from start to finish
- Maintain and increase persistency of the cases sold
MIS/Business Support
- Prepare and send daily report on meetings and sales numbers to all stakeholders
- Track the status of logged in policies in the central MIS
- Update on the tasks assigned for driving focused business through the task MIS
- Maintain and update the persistency data of the assigned cases
