Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Direct distribution channel or self-directed channel refers to an insurer selling an insurance product directly to a consumer without an intermediary.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Assist the customer every step of the way while he completes his insurance application
- Provide personalized suggestions to lower the quote and guide the customer from start to finish
- Monitor agent performance and ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents.
- Prepare reports on agency performance.
- Building a positive relationship with the customers.
- Making sure to provide excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Preparing monthly sales reports and presenting them to the higher management.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest technologies and developments in the industry.
Requirement Candidate :
- Min 2+ year of experience in Any Field Sales & Marketing
- Qualification- Graduation mandatory
- CTC- Up To 3.00 LPA+ Incentive + Other Benefit
- AGE : 21 to 38 Years
