Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
We are looking for a Relationship Manager for a leading Insurance Company at Bangalore. Following is the complete detail for the same:
Responsibilities:
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS)
- Lead Utilization and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on regular basis.
- Be a Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
Desired Candidate:
1. Good communication skill
2. Minimum 6 months to 2 years of direct sales experience
3. 10+2+3/ 10+3 years of education
4. Immediate joinee or 15 days of notice
