Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Job Overview:
A Relationship Manager at plays a vital role in promoting and selling life insurance policies and other related financial products to customers. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assess their insurance needs, and provide suitable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote life insurance policies and financial products to prospective customers, generate leads, and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service, addressing queries, and assisting with policy-related matters.
- Understand the financial goals and insurance needs of customers through effective communication and analysis of their financial situation.
- Stay updated on various life insurance policies, investment options, and financial products offered by LIC. Educate customers about policy features, benefits, and terms.
- Assist customers in completing application forms, collecting necessary documents, and ensuring accurate data entry for policy issuance.
- Monitor policy renewal dates and follow up with customers to ensure timely premium payments. Encourage policyholders to renew their policies.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and financial services based on customer needs and preferences.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to superiors regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of financial products
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
