Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities:

- To expand the bank's total business and trade finance and services offering.

- Develop thorough account plan and execution strategy for each client and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with account plan.

- Find and approach business clients with significant trade potential (NTBs).

- Exhibit a thorough understanding of the products of rivals and the state of the trade and capital account markets.

- Contribute to the development of a best-in-class Transaction Banking suite of products by offering product and strategy teams feedback on features, service levels, and products.

- Contribute to the sales plan for establishing Trade Finance and services.

- Own, construct, and implement a business plan that addresses sales, service delivery, and product development management in order to meet trade targets.

- Develop industry expertise in specific fields to aid in managing the portfolio

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
