Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- In charge of handling daily phone calls and client and sales correspondence.
- Total sales via phone calls
- The only inquiries and hot leads to call
- A desire to work with revenue targets and be interested in sales and outbound calling is required.
- Follow up with both new and current clients on a regular basis.
- To increase sales, persistently pursue leads and questions.
- Meet goals and follow SOPs on a monthly basis.
- Have outstanding people abilities.
- Follow up with prospects closely and complete transactions within the allotted sales cycle.
- Capacity to function under the manageable pressure of sales.
- Monitoring individual performance on a regular basis while simultaneously improving team performance.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
