Roles and responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with current clients by acting as their primary point of contact for all of their needs, questions, and requests.


- This is known as client relationship management.


- Gain a thorough grasp of their goals, difficulties, and possibilities in order to offer specialized assistance and solutions.

- Client Needs Assessment: To fully grasp the unique needs, preferences, and pain points of your clients, conduct in-depth needs assessments and analyses. Work together with internal teams to create tailored products, services, and proposals that meet the needs of clients and support their strategic objectives.

Maintaining and Growing Clientele : Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty by actively engaging with them. To avoid dissatisfaction or attrition, anticipate possible problems or concerns and take quick action to address them. To increase client value and revenue, look for opportunities to expand services, cross-sell, and upsell.
