Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, providing them with personalized support and guidance. Your goal will be to foster strong, mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their goals, challenges, and preferences.
- Proactively communicate with clients to address their queries, concerns, and feedback.

New Business Development:

Account Management:
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as operations, finance, and customer support, to address client needs and resolve issues.
