Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Relationship Manager for the Direct Channel Insurance will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, insurance sales, and a deep understanding of insurance products and services
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including referrals, social media, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience across all touchpoints
- Provide expert advice and guidance on insurance products, services, and coverage options to customers
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Banking & Finance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
