- Good sales and negotiation skills
- 2 + Years of Experience in Insurance and Marketing in any field
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Insurance sales will be an advantage

- Maintain healthy relationships and generate business through the company's channel partners
- To build relationships with existing and new customers
- Proper follow-up with potential bancassurance customers and client assistance
- Ensuring a business through Potential Customers and our channel partners
- To Cross-Sell TPP Like Insurance, Gold, Locker, FD, Asset Products Etc.
- Grooming And Development As A Sales Leader In The Life/Health Insurance Industry.
