Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
The Relationship Manager acts as an interface between the company & customers.
- He/She should be able to offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs.
- Ensure all Training Modules laid by the L&D department are attended and certifications obtained.
- Direct selling to the customers via appointments ( Office/ Home visits).
- Ensure that leads/ appointments allocated by the call center are attended and reverted within the TAT.
- Ensure Self Sourcing Targets are achieved
- Ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call ( LMS), Lead Utilization, and conversion are updated and maintained on a daily basis.
- Ensure that MIS/ Reporting formats are maintained/ Updated on a regular basis.
- Be an Insurance solution provider for our customers.
- Educate the Customer about the company/ channel.
Customer Servicing. - Ensure strict adherence to Human resource Norms, Policies & processes.
Requirements
Qualification : Graduate/HSC
- Candidate should have field sales experience a minimum of 1 year preferably Insurance/NBFC/Banking
- Insurance sales will be an advantage
