The Relationship Manager at Life Insurance is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Identify and understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services.

- Present and explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients.

- Provide accurate and timely information on insurance products, coverage, and claims processes.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

- Generate leads through various channels, such as referrals, cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.

- Conduct presentations, meetings, and sales negotiations with prospective clients.

- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Min. 1 year of experience in Life Insurance industry.

- Good knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- High ethical standards and integrity.
