Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-8 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager your primary responsibility would be to build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while also attracting new clients. You would be expected to understand the financial needs and goals of each client and offer appropriate products and services to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals by identifying customer needs and promoting Life Insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers by providing them with excellent customer service and addressing their queries and concerns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to target them effectively.
- Educate customers about Life Insurance products and services, including their benefits, features, and terms and conditions.
- Provide regular updates to customers on their policies, premium payments, and other related information.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in life insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
