We are seeking talented individuals to join our Direct Channel Sales team in Maharashtra. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers through effective prospecting and lead generation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets by promoting our products and services
- Retain existing customers and enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in the BFSI domain
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Positive, proactive, and results-oriented mind-set
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree
