- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial goals and provide tailored solutions through bancassurance, broking, corporate, direct channel sales, insurance sales, recruitment, team handling, and relationship management.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and bancassurance sales principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
