Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the company's relationships with its clients or partners, ensuring their needs are met, and fostering long-term professional partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Work with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align client needs with company offering.
- Negotiate and review contracts or agreements with clients as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective client interactions.
- Focused on understanding and meeting the client's needs.
- Ability to manage and resolve client issues quickly and professionally.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort with identifying opportunities and closing deals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- 2+Years of Field sales experiences.
- Strong understanding of customer service practices and client retention strategies
- Age Criteria:21 to 38.
