About the Role:
The Relationship Manager will focus on building strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to drive satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to address them.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and preferences.
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products and services to deliver expert guidance.
Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in BFSI.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel locally.
Compensation: - 2.00 LPA to - 3.50 LPA + incentives.
