Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
We are seeking a proactive relationship manager to join our direct sales team. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, driving sales of our life insurance products while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote life insurance products, communicating benefits effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive strategies.
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve client inquiries.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is preferable.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
