Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, driving sales of products, and ensuring exceptional customer service to meet and exceed business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Drive sales and achieve targets for products through direct channel interactions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain comprehensive client records.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
