Job Title : Relationship Manager
Salary Package : Up to 3.75 Lakhs + Incentives + Additional Benefits
Primary Responsibilities :
- Meeting sales targets by leveraging assigned leads.
- Engaging with potential clients within designated areas to grasp their financial requirements and promote tailored insurance solutions.
- Consistent client follow-up daily.
- Offering pre- and post-sales assistance.
- Upholding business quality and ensuring client retention.
Candidate Requirements :
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in BFSI and Life Insurance sectors.
- Age bracket: 22 to 38 years.
- Preferably, candidates should have resided locally for 3 to 5 years.
