Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-4 yrs)
As a Relationship Manager, your main responsibility will be to manage and grow the company's relationships with existing customers while acquiring new ones.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection of renewal premiums and respond to customer queries.
- Drive life insurance sales through employee engagement.
- Mentor the team on resolving customer issues and cross-selling products.
- Develop strategies to meet team targets.
- Oversee business growth for the assigned branch.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in life insurance sales or banking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Knowledge of insurance products and the industry.
