Experience : Min 1 Years in LI (Banca Channel/Direct Channel)- No Agency
Age : 20 to 35 Yrs
Key Pointers :
1) Must be having Above Average communication Skill (Good Communication at Mumbai)
2) 1st Preference of candidate- Candidates working in Banca Channel with Public Sector Bank
3) 2nd Preference of candidate- Candidates working in Banca Channel with Private Sector Bank
4) 3rd Preference of candidate- Candidates working in Direct Channel
5) No Agency Channel Profiles to be shared or uploaded in Xopa
6) Don- t share candidate profile who are not working currently.
7) Preferred Notice Period is 0-15 Days and Maximum 30 Days.
8) Candidates must be ready to show Rewards/Awards/Recognition while Interview and hence ask for the same at the time of screening only.
9) Candidate should know the local language apart from basic proficiency in English
10) Should be open to travel within the city & outstation
11) Should be able to source business independently
