Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1.Recruitment and development of quality advisors
2. Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
3. Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on product, regulations and other selling inputs
4. Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
5. Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and provide needs based training.
6. Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
7. Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs

Candidate Requirement :
1.Graduation in Any Stream
2. Mini. 1 to 2 Years in sales or Marketing and 1 year in insurance
3. Attractive Personality and good communication skills
4. One who ready for challenges
5. Age: 24 to 38 Yrs.
Channel: On Roll
Other: Local candidate of that area and should have a good local network.
CTC upto 3.20 LPA + incentive + bonus
