Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)

Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding & activation of Partners/Agents.
- Creating a distribution channel of these Partners/Agents and driving sales through them for the company.
- Assisting the Partners/Agents in their sales calls and going to meetings with them for closing deals
- Conducting regular agent training sessions, for guiding the agents to stay up to date with the industry trends and latest practices.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate (10+2+3)
- 1+ Years of experience (Any Sales Experience, Insurance broking firms with agency channel preferred)
