Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-2 yrs)
Job Description: Relationship Manager
- Recruit retail partners and ensure sales generation through those partners.
- Ensure retention of partners by formulating their development plans.
- Meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
- Identify a pool of potential prospects who can be coded as POSP.
- Handholding of partners Ownership and servicing of partners.
- Drive partner's activation and progression.
- Ensure daily market visits for new partner acquisition and servicing of existing partners.
Qualification Criteria: Relationship Manager
- Must be a Graduate from the Govt recognized University/College.
- Must be from a General Insurance background handling Motor dealers, DSA, or Retail
- Sales in GI companies or Broking Companies. Local market knowledge is essential.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the Insurance broking industry
