Relationship Manager - Sales - Insurance (1-19 yrs)
Job role :
- You will have to create a team which will work for you.
- Your duty will be to motivate and train them to bring more insights/leads for sales and, you have to convert those leads into sales.
- All the leads are to be created by you and your team.
- You will work on on-roll basis i.e. a fixed CTC will be given to you.
- Your team will be given commission on the leads provided by them.
